6:00 pm onwards – All guests are welcome to join for an informal arrival get together at the club house at Providence. Food and drinks will be provided.

Morning to Midday – take the opportunity to go out and explore and find a spot for breakfast/brunch. See the activity page for ideas.
2:00 pm – Start getting ready
3:00 pm – Ceremony
3:45 pm – Drinks and harvest table on the lawn
6:00 pm to ??? – Reception, dinner, and speeches
